The safety and security of our residents, ratepayers and holiday makers is the focus of this portfolio. We work together with local community security groups, security companies and law enforcement to create the safest possible environment all year round.
We encourage all our residents and property owners to ensure that their home’s private security is regularly tested. However, we acknowledge the need for community involvement. We’re working with local role players to ensure the public spaces around town are safe and secure for all to enjoy.
