1.1. The owner(s) of the Website are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all of its User’s.
1.2. The owner(s) of the Website will take all reasonable and legal steps to protect confidential information and will release information only to the relevant authorities under their request or in terms of any regulation which requires such and when necessary for a third-party integration.

3.3.4. When the owner(s) of the Website needs to process the User data to comply with a legal obligation.
3.4. The User has the right to change its mind at any time if previously consented to allow the Website to use its data for a specific purpose, however this will not affect any processing that has already taken place.

6.5.1 The owner(s) of the Website undertake to comply with the regulations and laws applicable, in respect of any data breach.
6.6.1 Should the User believe that the owner(s) of the Website have breached any relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact the owner(s) of the Website and provide full details of the alleged breach.
6.6.2 The owner(s) of the Website undertake to promptly investigate all complaints, and respond in writing, setting out the outcome of the investigation and the steps taken to address such complaint.
