PARRA is extremely disappointed and concerned with what we believe is frivolous spending of public funds by Ndlambe Municipality. This was featured in the latest edition of the Talk of the Town and we have accordingly addressed correspondence to the Municipality, the Auditor General and the Minister of Finance asking an urgent reconsideration of the amount of spending on this event.
