Dear CFO,

At the meeting the Ndlambe Ratepayers and residents held with your department before the final budget was drafted two issues were clarified. This was a draft budget and the questions tabled referred to this draft budget. The Ratepayers and Residents were very happy with the cooperation and frankness showed by all at this meeting.

At the end of the meeting it was agreed that as soon as the final budget including the tariff list had been approved we would get a copy (in excel) of the final budget and tariff lit as well a written answers to the questions.

To-date all we have received is the Tariff List. Is it possible to send us as soon as possible the final budget in excel and the written answers to our questions?
