Good day Dr Vithi

I trust you are well.

I confirm that we have been trying since the beginning of the year to have a meeting with your department.

We really believe that regular meetings are paramount as the water and sewerage particularly are huge issues affecting our residents and ratepayers.

The current projects and also the workings of the pumps/pump stations are issues which we do not take lightly and we really need to sit with you and your department for short meetings more regularly to ascertain the status of this infrastructure, see where we can help and how we can ensure that we tackle this issue to try and find a long term solution for our town. Our residents would love to know progress and timelines of current projects as well.

Please let me know when you have availability for a meeting? We would also like to introduce our new EXCO member, Mr Bill Rowlston, who is working with Dawie on the Water and Sewerage issues.
