Dear Director Vithi,
Thanks for getting your teams to fix the water leak. It was done very quickly unfortunately the team left the hole open for a number of days. This is a busy road and leaving a large hole open in the middle of a busy road was not very safe and could have caused an accident.
The staff at the small boat harbour filled in the hole to prevent an accident at this site. Could you request your teams to complete a job and not leave it half done?
