In terms of the Municipal Notice, Ratepayers within the Ndlambe Municipality area are called to review the latest Supplementary Valuation Roll. There are physical copies of the valuation roll available for inspection at various offices (as per the Notice below). To ease the process, PARRA requested an electronic copy of the latest Valuation Roll which was provided to us on 19 July 2022.

Should Ratepayers wish to object to the valuation of their properties, they are required to follow the process in the notice.
*A reminder that the rates paid to municipality are directly related to the valuation which they place on your property and therefore it is crucial to ensure that the valuation is correct.
