In order to attend to any community projects, it is paramount to obtain Ndlambe LM’s full approval before embarking on this. The reason is that should Ndlambe LM not approve, any liability which may arise from any damages caused due to the project, will pass onto the person or entity who attended to it. Sometimes it seems silly but Council has to consider possible dangers to the public, traffic flows and other implications before any projects can go ahead.
We accordingly drafted our first proposal for our first community project for 2022 and submitted to Ndlambe LM. We accordingly received approval on 23 March 2022, see below:
