PARRA has received many messages about the Krantz area relating to the progress and the general state of the area i.e. unmaintained lawns etc.
We addressed this issue with the relevant parties and were advised that there are some delays to the building completion which are being worked on. We have requested that the area please be maintained pending the completion of the construction phase.
Our concerns are specifically relating to the tidiness and maintenance. These concerns have been acknowledged and the parties concerned have advised that they will attend to this and provide us with feedback in due course.
We will continue to monitor the situation and follow up accordingly.
