PARRA is concerned about the state of the roads around Port Alfred. We accordingly addressed correspondence on 12 April 2022 to Ndlambe LM (Director Vithi, Deputy Director Babama & Customer Care Officer Georgina Nkombisa) as follows:
Dear Director,
After the recent rains there are some serious potholes on many of our busiest roads. We urgently need to get as many road maintenance workers out to fix these potholes as our visitors and residents will not be happy with the current state of our roads. There is also the potential cost to the Municipality if a car gets damaged when going through these potholes.

We are pleased to confirm that Director Vithi has responded on same date to confirm that Ndlambe LM is aware of these and will be attending to it.
